| 摘 要： | 陈云党建思想有着丰富的思想和内涵，深刻反映了陈云对中国共产党建设实践的经验总结和理论思考。从思想、组织、作风等几方面对陈云党建思想进行科学归纳和述评，建构陈云党建思想的主要理论框架。陈云党建思想是他对中国共产党的建设进行独立探索的理论结晶，其党建思想在理论特色上具有五个特征：高度的战略性、理论的创新性、鲜明的实践性、体系的严密性、语言的质朴性。
