| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了项目融资中的重要模式之一———BOT融资方式 ,提出了在当前我国发展的客观要求 ,并对其进行利弊分析 ,风险分析及管理等。最后对BOT融资方式在我国的发展提出几点建议。
