教师职业压力与教师的生命关怀

摘    要:教师职业压力是教师在教育实践活动中所产生的身心负荷.教师的自身因素是导致职业压力产生的主要来源,这些因素包括个体的性格、专业水平和应对变化的能力.因此,我们应改变过去将政府作为施压主体的思维定势,改变单一地向社会要关怀的趋向,使教师自身成为拯救自己的主体力量.

Abstract:The teachers' professional pressure is the load which is generated during the educational experience.The pressure is mainly caused by the diathesis of teacher including his character,his special ability and the capacity of tackling transformation. We should change the tendency of criticizing the government because the teachers are the principal part of saving themselves. Lessening the load of the teachers needs the co-effort of the government and the teachers themselves.
