摘    要:如何建立现代企业工资制度,最大限度地调动员工积极性,增强企业竞争力,是国有企业生存和发展面临的重要问题。国有企业收入分配制度改革,要引入内部竞争机制,建立有效的绩效考评体系。近年来中国石化广西石油分公司在人力资源管理改革特别是薪酬管理方面取得了重要进展,在推进工资分配改革方面进行了有益的探索。本文阐述了动态分配制度的优点以及建立动态分配制度的途径。

Abstract:The major problems that the state-owned enterprises are confronted with in the survivorship and development are how to set up the modern enterprise salary system,give full scope to the initiative of the staff and reinforce the enterprise competitiveness.In the course of reforming the system of income distribution in state-owned enterprises,we should introduce internal competitive mechanism and establish effective evaluation system.In those years,SINOPEC Guangxi Branch made an imperative progress in human resource reform,especially in regulatory distribution system.They actively explore and practice to push ahead the distribution system.This paper expounds the advantage of dynamic distribution system and the way to realize dynamic distribution system.
