| 摘 要： | 元朝把云南纳入中央王朝的直接统治范围,为滇东北地区再次带来了开发和发展的契机。通过军事征讨、政治统治、屯田、驿站设置、设学,该地区有了较好的发展,同时,该地区也形成强大力量与中央王朝相对抗,对统治极为不利。明朝从中吸取经验教训,对其采取分而治之、土流并治的政策,使之不能再形成强大势力,稳固了统治。
