珠三角非户籍人口的职业与社会融合实证分析

摘    要:本文采用专项问卷调查的数据,通过多种统计方法来分析职业变量在非户籍人口社会融合过程中的作用。研究发现,职业与个体社会融合程度密切相关,处于职业高层人员的整体社会融合程度较高;相对于蓝领职业群体而言,白领职业群体的融合程度较高,且个体之间融合程度的差异较大;性别和年龄与职业的交互效应对社会融合的影响是显著的;人口变量对蓝领群体的社会融合不存在显著影响,然而年龄和代际变量对白领群体的社会融合存在显著影响。作为夹层群体的非户籍白领人员,他们的社会融合更应该得到关注,且应该成为促进融合的优先考虑群体。

Abstract:Based on the data from a questionnaire survey and using several statistic methods,the article tries to analyze how the occupation variable affects the social integration of the unregistered household population.It shows that the occupation correlate closely to the degree of individual social integration.Those with high level of occupation boast of high degree of social integration.Compared to the blue-collar class,the white-collar have the higher degree of integration but with dramatic differences among individuals.Generally speaking,the interactions among sex,age and occupation affect Social integration significantly while population variables have no significant effects on social integration.However,age and generation variables do have significant effects.As sandwich class,the social integration of the white-collar unregistered-household population should be the priority for the social integration and urbanization promotion policies.
