广东流动人口性行为及其影响因素

本研究从不同层面、不同角度调查流动人口性与生殖健康的知识、态度和行为的现状．分析影响该人群性和生殖健康水平以及他们在获取生殖健康服务方面所遇到的障碍。研究提示流动人口婚前性行为相当活跃，婚外性行为相对自由，性满意度较高，性行为的影响因素多，存在一定程度的强迫性行和性压抑。

The Sexual Behaviors of the Floating Populations and the Affecting Factors in Guangdong province

This research is to survey the floating population’s knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of sexual and reproductive health from different perspectives,the status of their reproductive health services and barriers preventing them from the accesses of these services based on questionnaires,group interviews and personal interviews focus on the floating population.About 3093 effective questionnaires are collected,among them there are 753 married men,795 married women,662 unmarried men.32 groups were interviewed covering 223 people and 42 individuals were investigated in-depth.The result shows premarital sexual behaviors are very active and extramarital sexual behavior was relatively common among the floating population.Most of the subjects were satisfied with their sexual life.Their sexual behaviors were correlated with a series factors.Some cases show there are unwilling sexual activities and sexual depression.It is suggested to more efforts and supporting measures should be taken by the government to provide them with sexual and reproduction health services,the policy supports for whole family migration,and supportive community environment and the coordination of policies and government departments
