| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会目标的提出,赋予我国律师业光荣的历史任务和时代使命,也为广大律师充分发挥作用提供了广阔的舞台。律师在构建社会主义和谐社会中可以化解当事人之间的矛盾,为和谐社会建设发挥息纷止争的作用;可以担任政府企事业的法律顾问,为构建和谐社会提供规范化、制度化方面的作用;积极参加各项普法活动,为和谐社会建设中的法律意识的提高发挥推动作用;作为政府与百姓之间的桥梁,为和谐社会建设提供沟通作用;扶贫济良,为和谐社会建设中的弱势群体提供维权作用。

| Abstract: | The Chinese Communist Party has aimed to build a harmonious socialist society.In this situation all the lawyers in China are undertaking the great mission,provided with more chances to elaborate their professional operations in the following endeavors: to eliminate conflicts among individuals,to act as counselors in governments,institutes and companies,to participate in the campaign to rouse the legal awareness of people,to serve as the link between the government and common people,and to protect the weaker group in society. |
