中外农村劳动力转移模式的比较研究

与现代化早发国家相比 ,我国农村劳动力转移的方式有自己的特点 :开始大规模转移的时间大大滞后于工业化的发动 ,是一种比较典型的压力型转移 ,农民职业转移与身份改变、地域迁移相分离 ,基本上走的是分散型转化之路。这些特点决定了我们对待农村劳动力转移问题决不能照搬发达国家已有的政策。

Comparative analysis on internal and external rural labor transfer model

compared with the early modernized countries, the rural labor force transfer in China has its own characteristics: in China large-scaled transfer which is a typical one with large pressure started much later than industrialization. Occupation transfer of peasants is not always related with the changes of their identity and district. Limited by these characteristics we mustn't copy indiscriminately the available policies of the developed countries in dealing with the problems of rural labor force transfer in China.
