| 摘 要： | 清朝对蒙古族立法的继承性主要表现在行政立法、民事立法、刑事立法和宗教立法等方面,通过以上分析探讨了正确认识该法律现象的意义。在法制改革中一定要重视法律传统的作用,并依此选择法制改革的模式。
