高等学校建设学习型学生党支部研究

建设马克思主义学习型政党是党中央为加强党的执政能力建设提出的一项重大战略任务,也是向各级党的基层组织提出的新的战略部署。为进一步加强高等学校党的建设,培养创新型人才,作为基层党组织的各高等学校学生党支部必须成为学习型党支部。结合高等学校学生党支部的工作特点,遵循高等学校学生党建工作的规律,高等学校建设学习型学生党支部必须转换思维,建立全新的学习理念;创新学习形式,活跃学习氛围;构建具有联动作用的制度体系,将学习落到实处;加大经费投入,为学习型学生党支部建设提供充足的资金支持。

On Study-oriented Student Party Branch Building in Colleges and Universities

Building a Marxist study-oriented party is both a major strategic task to strengthen the Party＇s administrative capacity building and a new strategic deployment to the grass-roots Party organizations at all levels proposed by the CPC central committee.To adapt to the development of times,further strengthen the Party building in colleges and universities and foster talents with innovative ideas,student Party branches,as grass-roots Party organizations,must be made into study-oriented student Party branches.At present,the study-oriented student Party Branch building in Colleges and Universities has both brought about positive results and encountered negative problems.A series of countermeasures,such as forming a new view of study,reforming the pattern of study,establishing a unified mechanism and increasing the investment,are put forward.
