摘    要:微卫星基因位点是在遗传学各个领域被广泛使用的分子标记,但对于首次研究的物种,必须筛选出可以应用的微卫星位点。为促进大银鱼保护遗传学的开展,采用磁珠富集微卫星序列技术,提高了微卫星位点的筛选效率,成功获得6个具有多态性的(CA)n重复序列的大银鱼微卫星位点。

Abstract:Microsatellite loci has become one of the most popular molecular markers used in many genetics fields.However,it is crucial that polymorphic microsatellite loci needs to be selected or isolated for the studied species at first.In order to promote the genetic conservation in Protosalanx hyalocranius,we have isolated and characterized 6 polymorphic(CA)n microsatellite loci using "magnetic-bead enrichment" protocol in this species,and these loci of high variability and stability will be useful in population ge...
