辽宁省朝阳县产业结构演进实证分析

利用偏差份额模型对辽宁省朝阳县的产业结构进行了定量分析,结果表明,朝阳县的产业结构素质较差,第一产业的竞争力在不断下降;第二产业的竞争力较强但波动很大,对县域经济的发展呈现出高的贡献率;第三产业发挥稳定且有竞争力上升趋势。通过比较劳动生产率模型分析优势产业发现,朝阳县的优势产业在第二产业,因而产业政策制定应以壮大第二产业为主。第三产业是朝阳县的朝阳产业,存在巨大发展潜力。通过产业演进理论分析朝阳县的产业发育还不成熟,产业结构有待优化和升级。

A Positive Analysis of the Evolution of the Industrial Structure of Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province

The model of deviation portion was applied to making a quantitative analysis of the industrial structure of Chaoyang County,Lioaning Province.The result showed that the industrial structure of Chaoyang County was of low quality as a whole,which was embodied in the facts that the competitive power of the primary industry was continuously dropping;the second industry had a stronger competitive power but was in great fluctuation,having made much contribution to the economy of the county;and the tertiary industry was steadily developing and taking on the tendency of rise.In comparison of the labor productivity models and analysis of the advantageous industries it was found that the advantageous industry of Chaoyang County was the manufacturing industry.Therefore,the industrial policy should be made centering on how to strengthen or expand the manufacturing industry.The tertiary industry was a sunrise one in Chaoyang County and great potentials existed in this industry.The theory on industrial evolution was applied to analyzing the industrial optimization and upgrading in Chaoyang County.The result showed that the industry of Chaoyang County,as a whole,was at the primary level;the industrial growth was far from maturity;and the industrial structure had much room for optimization and upgrading.
