高等学校辅导员工作日志制度建设探析

辅导员队伍整体素养和工作能力对高等学校进一步提高大学生思想政治教育效果具有重大的影响。目前辅导员队伍暴露出工作沟通指导平台不健全,工作水平提升缓慢;考核指标体系不完善,考评缺少量化;工作成果展示不明显,容易产生职业倦怠的三个主要问题。而建立和实施辅导员工作日志制度,通过进行辅导员工作日志制度设计和规范化实施,促使辅导员进一步明确工作重点,辅导员工作指导准确有力,经验共享充分,辅导员工作水平提升迅速;成果展示明显,经验凝练系统,辅导员工作成就感倍增;工作绩效直观,评价依据充分可靠,辅导员工作考评日趋规范。较快地提升辅导员工作能力,增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

An Explorative Analysis of Establishing the System of College Ideological and Political Instructors Keeping a Work Log

The quality and work ability of the ranks of college ideological and political instructors（hereinafter called CIPI） as a whole is of much significance for colleges and universities to further improve the student ideological and political education.Currently,three problems in the CIPI ranks have been brought to light：the work platform for communication and guidance is not sound enough to rapidly raise the level of work;the evaluation index system is not perfect enough to fully quantify their work;and the CIPI＇s work accomplishment fails to be so easily seen that their professional boringness easily happens.In order to upgrade the CIPI＇s ability to work,strengthen their sense of work accomplishment and improve the limitation of the student ideological and political education,it is suggested to set up the system of the CIPI keeping a work log,namely,the system should be scientifically designed and regularly carried out so that the CIPI＇s guidance will be more accurate and powerful because they are made clear about their focus of work,their level of work will be rapidly improved because their experience can be shared,their sense of work accomplishment will be greatly strengthened because their accomplishment can be easily seen and their experience is concise and systematic,and their evaluation work will be getting more and more regular because their efficiency and achievements are visualized and the evaluation bases become hard and reliable.
