西藏草业科学学科建设思考与实践

学科建设是高等学校建设工作中的重点,西藏草业科学学科建设起步较晚,但在西藏社会和经济发展中具有重要的作用。由于西藏目前草业科学学科存在实验仪器缺乏、师资力量薄弱和基础设施不足等原因,草业科学在西藏经济和社会发展中的重要性作用受到制约。结合西藏草业科学学科在西藏社会发展中的特殊地位,强化草业科学学科中课程建设、师资建设、实验基地建设和学术建设,逐步完善学科办学体系,突出地方特色,完成建设目标。

Ponder and Practice: the Tibetan Grass Science Discipline Building

Discipline building is a focal point of university building.The Tibetan grass science disciline building has played an important role in the Tibetan social and economic development,though it started relatively late.The lack of experimental instruments,shortage of qualified teaching personnel,insufficient infrastructure and other factors have caused the fact that the role the Tibetan grass science plays in the Tibetan economic and social development is severely restricted.In view of the unique status the Tibetan grass science discipline occupies in the Tibetan social development,suggestions are made： strengthening the grass-science-related course building,teaching team building,experimental base building and academic research building,steadily completing the discipline-building-related school-running system,giving prominence to the local feature and thus attaining the goal of the Tibetan grass science discipline building.
