大学基层学术组织的学术权力结构研究

大学基层学术组织是大学纵向结构中承担教学、科研、社会服务职能的最低层次的正式组织,教师与学者聚集在基层学术组织中从事的学术性活动是大学生存和发展的基础,也是学术权力的原动力.回顾了大学基层学术组织学术权力的发展历程.从大学发展的内在逻辑、组织结构特点和教师专业性三个方面论证了大学基层学术组织学术权力存在的合理性;以基层学术组织为研究坐标原点,将横向与纵向权力结构转化为对组织外部学术权力的划分和内部学术权力的分权与制衡,一方面推动纵向结构中学术权力向基层学术组织适度集中,另一方面通过基层学术组织内部的分权实现权力制衡.
