我国大众化高等教育的发展面临着一些问题,如人才培养同经济社会发展的需求之间存在结构性矛盾、结构发展不均衡、在校学生压力过大等。为了促进高等教育和谐发展,需要制定科学的人才建设规划;控制普通高等教育规模,促进职业教育的发展;实现高等教育合理分层,高等学校科学定位;大力提高办学质量;高度重视大学生就业等。

On the Development of Mass Higher Education in China:Problems and Suggestions

In the process of massification of higher education in china,there have been coming several problems,such as structural inconsistency between university training and social requirement,imbalance structure,high pressure of university students and so on.In order to promote the harmony of higher education development,we need to constitute scientific talent structure plan,control the size of regular higher education and develop the vocational education,adjust the structure of higher education,improve teaching level and attach great importance to graduates employment.
