创新是竞争的核心动力,自主创新关键在人才,高校是创新人才培养的摇篮。创新人才具有知识结构复合、能力多样化、身心成熟化的特征。本文总结了高等教育创新人才培养存在的问题,并对如何改革人才培养模式,适应社会人才培养需求提出一定见解。

Training of the Higher Education Talents on the Basis of Independent Innovation

Creativeness is the core motivation of the competition. And the key of the independent creativeness lies in the talents who have such characteristics as the combination of the knowledge structures, the diversity of the capabilities and the maturity of the bodies and mind. The paper summarizes the problems existing in the training of the creative talents in the higher education and proposes certain viewpoints as to how to reform the mode of talent training so that it can meet the needs of social needs of the talent training.
