| Abstract: | Employment of college graduates is related to developments of the country,society,college and career of the graduate himself.Nowadays,there are many reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates.This paper investigates these reasons and proposes that the government,units which choose and employ graduates,colleges and graduates should cooperate actively to adopt corresponding strategies to cope with this problem. |
