| 摘 要： | 素质教育是当前我国教育改革的一个重要方面,但人们在思想认识上、工作方式上还存在一定差距。本文从个人、企业、社会三方面充分阐述了在知识经济条件下加强素质教育的重要性,并提出了高校实施素质教育应采取的一些主要措施。

| Abstract: | Oriented-education is an important aspect of present education-reforming in our country, but there is a gap between people, consciousness and work style and it. The article elaborated the importance of strengthening oriented-education in 3 sides: individual, enterprise and society, as the same time, it proposed some measures in how to carry out oriented-education plan in university. |
