| 摘 要： | 从现代西方国家人事诉讼制度的考察与比较出发，运用归纳、辨证等多种分析方法，对现代西方国家人事诉讼制度中的共性及特性进行了系统的阐述，进而对这一诉讼制度的优越性进行了评述。目的在于为我国设立这一诉讼模式提供参考，以期在这一立法模式上可以得到进一步的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the examination and comparison of personnel lawsuit system in modern western nations, the systematic explanation is made about the general character and particular character of their personnel lawsuit systems by means of several analysis methods such as induction, dialects and so on. Besides, the superiority of this system is commented for the purpose of providing the references for our country in establishing this lawsuit mode, thus expecting the further development of this legislation mode in our country. |
