| 摘 要： | 利用TOPSIS方法,对45个资源型地区的可持续发展能力进行综合评价,结论表明:产业结构水平是影响资源型地区可持续发展的主要因素,促进产业结构优化升级是提升资源型地区可持续发展能力的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of TOPSIS,this paper evaluates the ability of sustainable development of 45 resource based areas.It concludes that the industrial structure is the main factor affecting the sustainable development of resource based area,and the updating of industrial structure is the important way to improve the ability of sustainable development. |
