| 摘 要： | 孤立主义是美国二战前长期坚定不移的外交政策;政治（外交）、军事上避免对外部事务的介入应是孤立主义外交的基本内容。据此,美国孤立主义外交应始于19世纪20年代,二战后随着冷战的开始,孤立主义外交最终退出了历史舞台。
