Abstract:Hidden curriculum have and constitute the part effectively, include the regular course in school the inside the implicit education factor;The material environment of the school with spirit environment;The management system of the school with system;The teacher's personality and schools leads style etc., these factorses see invisible, but have got the important influence to the student.The school wants to develop the well to teach the virtuous innate character curricularly with the function, the material culture environment of the excellent chemistry school with the regulation, norm of the sound school, foster positive and upward campus attraction with coagulate the dint, become the good school tradition.
