| 摘 要： | 政府信用是国内外社会各主体对一国政府守约重诺的信任 ,它是社会信用体系的核心。政府信用是政治合法性的根基 ,两者是正相关关系。政府信用状况决定政治合法性程度 ,而政治合法性程度是决定政府维持或更迭的最重要因素。本文试从政治学的角度阐述政府信用对政治合法性的根基作用

| Abstract: | Government credit, the core of social credit system, is trust of social subjects to promises-keeping of a government. There is direct proportion between government credit and political legitimacy, and the former is the fundament of the latter. Government credit decides political legitimacy, which is the decisive factor of keeping or changing of a government. This article tries to explain the fundamental function of government credit to political legitimacy from the angle of politics. |
