| 摘 要： | 印度人民党自上台以来,对印度的外交战略进行了调整,以促进信息技术发展来带动经济增长,通过大规模军备采购壮大军事力量,增强综合国力,加强与大国建立战略伙伴关系,从而为实现大国战略目标奠定坚实的基础。印度与美国、俄罗斯、日本的战略关系具有牵制中国的因素,印度与伊朗关系具有打通通往中亚能源战略市场的目的,印度与以色列的军事安全合作旨在提高印度的军事技术现代化水平,凡此种种都对中国的安全环境产生不同影响。
