目前朝鲜族中小学师资队伍的现状、问题及其对策

摘    要:随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,延边朝鲜族中小学教师队伍发生了较大变化,在很长一段时间内,持续出现了教师大量外流的现象,导致教师队伍极不稳定、严重制约民族教育发展的后果。因此,稳定教师队伍、切实加大对民族教育的投入、引进人才、发挥自身优势、搞活办学机制、调动广大教师的积极性,已成为朝鲜族教育走出所面临困境的行之有效的对策。

Abstract:With the deepening of the reforms and opening up and the establishment of socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in Korean ethnic primary and secondary schools. A steady flow of teachers has drained out of schools. This mobility greatly affects the composition of teaching staff, and in turn restrains the Korean ethnic schools from further development. To stabilize the teaching staff, it is imperative to increase the financial support to the Korean ethnic education, to recruit capable teachers, to give play of its strengths, to upgrade teaching philosophy and facilities, and to give full play of the initiatives of teachers.
