大学生科研训练计划的培养模式与机制探索

大学生科研训练计划是提高大学生学习积极性和主动性，培养其科研创新能力的有效途径。目前大学生科研训练计划在培养模式、监管机制、考核机制等方面存在一些问题。本文结合笔者实际指导经验，提出了构建大学生科研训练计划与毕业论文的“承上启下”模式，建议建立项目实施过程的全程监管机制，并探讨了该计划未来的发展方向，以期为将来更好地实施大学生科研训练计划提供参考和借鉴。

Mode and Mechanism Exploration of College Student Research Training Program

College Students Research Training Program （CSRTP） is an effective way to improve their learning enthusiasm and initiative and to develop their innovative ability of scientific research. In the paper, the problems of CSRTP in the training mode, control mechanism and assessment mechanism were elaborated. Based on the practical guidance experience, this paper tries to construct the linking mode for CSRTP and graduation thesis and to build the process control mechanism for program implementation, the possible future development direction of CSRTP was discussed in order to provide the possible references for better development.
