| 摘 要： | 提升农村青年教师专业化水平对于现阶段我国农村人力资源开发具有重要意义,本文采用问卷调查的方法,对肇庆市农村青年专业发展状况进行了调研,并对调查数据进行了统计与分析,探讨了肇庆市农村青年教师专业化发展存在的问题,提出了从聘用制度、职业培训、绩效管理以及提供阶段指导等方面采取措施,从而积极推进肇庆市农村青年教师专业化发展的工作策略.

| Abstract: | At the present stage, enhancing the level of young teachers＇ specialization plays a significant role in human resource development in rural areas. This paper, by using questionnaire, investigated current situation of young teachers＇ professional development in the rural areas of Zhaoqing City. Statistical and analytical results reveal some problems in the young teachers＇ professional development in rural areas, based on which measures can be taken in employment system, professional training, performance management and guidelines for each stage in order to boost young teachers＇ professional development in Zhaoqing rural areas. |
