嵌入式学科化服务发展的制约因素及对策

为了更好地服务学科用户,高校图书馆把学科服务嵌入到教学和科研.目前,面对人才选拔和使用处理不当、学科馆员工作能动性不强、对用户了解不够等方面的发展困境,高校图书馆应采取建立合理的人才选择机制、多途径培养学科馆员、建立长效的用户研究机制、建立具有可操作性的服务评价机制等措施.

Factors Restricting the Development of Embedded Subject Service and Countermeasures

In order to better serve the academic users, university library subject service is embedded into the teaching and scientific research. However, there emerge problems such as the improper personnel selection and use, librarians without much work interest, inefficient understanding of readers. To solve these problems, the li- brary should set up reasonable talent selection mechanism, train subject librarians by all means possible, and es- tablish long-term mechanism and operable service evaluation mechanism.
