摘    要:我国的大学生就业难问题随着高校扩招而愈加严重,而大学生自身能力与就业市场需求脱节是导致大学毕业生就业难的重要因素之一.因此,引导大学生以就业市场需求为导向进行职业规划成为解决就业难的重要手段.大学生自身必须充分重视大学期间职业的规划和职业能力的培养,要基于定位营销思维制定职业规划,在清晰的求职市场定位的指导下,培养企业需要的职业能力,以便实现成功就业.

Abstract:With the rapid increase of numbers of college students, their employment after graduation is be- coming a more and more serious problem in China. The capacity of college students failing to meet the employ- ment market demand is one of the important factors in university graduates employment. Therefore, to guide the students to the employment market demand oriented occupation planning has become an important means to solve the problem. Students should take into consideration career planning and professional development and, basing on positioning marketing, make career plans and cultivate the occupation ability for successful employ- ment
