| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆信息资源建设较多涉及到著作权的问题。文章主要参考著作权法等相关法律,分析了江西省高校图书馆信息资源共建共享过程中所涉及的著作权问题,其中包括纸质馆藏文献数字化、数据库建设以及虚拟馆藏等方面的问题,并提出通过完善著作权法、实施著作权统一管理体制、建立图书馆界版权联盟等方式来解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | Constructing information resources in the libraries in Higher Schools relates a lot to the copyright issue.This article,referring to the copyright laws and other related laws,analyzes the involved copyright issue in co-constructing and sharing the information resource in the libraries in Jiangxi Province,including paper-based literature digitalization,database building and virtual collections,and puts forward a proposal to deal with the above issues that is by consummating the copyright laws,implementing a unified system of copyright management,and establishing a copyright alliance in the library community. |
