| 摘 要： | 根据江泽民总书记提出的"三个代表 "的思想,结合高等院校现实特点,探讨了这一思想在高校发展和党建工作中如何贯彻落实问题.文章认为,高校应注重把人才培养工作和科研工作搞上去,体现代表先进生产力的发展要求; 建设积极向上的校园文化,体现代表先进文化的前进方向;着眼于全体教职工和广大学生的利益,体现代表最广大人民群众的根本利益.

| Abstract: | Basing on President Jiang Zemin's idea of the Three Representatives and combining with the realistic characteristics, this paper discusses the implement of this idea in the development of universities and the Party's construction. Colleges and universities should put more emphasis on the training of qualified people and research work, which embodies the developing needs of advanced productivity. Building of positive and progressing campus culture stands for the forward direction of advanced culture. Serving the benefit of the whole teaching staff and students embodies the basic interests of the broad masses of people. |
