唐代藩镇质子制度

唐代藩镇节度使制度产生后,导致国家军力外重内轻,唐中央遂对藩镇征召质子,若藩镇背叛中央,唐中央便通过掌控人质以进行制裁。但唐中央对藩镇征召质子这一措施实行起来较为被动,还不能从根本上解决藩镇尾大不掉的问题。彻底解决藩镇问题,最终还要依赖于统治者政治、经济、军事等方面实力的不断加强。

The Tang Dynasty's Keeping the Hostage from the Military Governorship
