| 摘 要： | 张良在汉兴后"隐居静养"的原因是多方面的,有其政治、个人等诸方面的原因,最重要的还是张良深受秦汉之际道家思想的影响:秦汉之际的道家思想与春秋战国时期的老庄思想有所不同,道家思想在发展过程中,深受法家及神仙方术等思想的影响,呈现出多种不同的价值取向,在政治、社会、策略、修身养性等各方面均有所侧重。所以,在张良身上存在着入世之"道"和出世之"道"两种看似矛盾而实际上并不矛盾的价值取向。

| Abstract: | ZHANG Liang lived in seclusion for various reasons among which the great influence of Taoism on him was of the most importance.The differences of Taoism in the Qing and Han Dynasties and in the Spring and Autumn and Warring states Period gave rise to the variety of values which was well reflected in ZHANG Liang. |
