| Abstract: | Abstracts:According to the problems faced by English teachers,the paper puts forward several effective strategies to improve teachers'professional development under the background of work-inte-grated learning,i.e.setting standard of teachers'specialization,training the ability of information teaching technology,further deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,promoting social service ability, cultivating teachers with double qualification,broadening the international vision of the teachers in higher vocational colleges. |
