西部高寒区城乡经济社会一体化模式研究--以青海省为例

青海省地处高原，由于地理、气候、人文等因素导致城乡一体化水平低，城乡融合度较差，需要利用该地区独特的资源优势来发展城乡一体化。运用主成分分析法和层次聚类分析法，从经济结构、社会结构和生态建设三个方面建立指标体系，测算出2012年青海省各区域城乡经济社会一体化发展水平，进一步总结出青海省城乡一体化的西宁海东模式和三江源模式，这两种模式都能为西部欠发达地区提供必要的经验借鉴。西部欠发达地区发展城乡一体化发展应该从加强中心城市地位，优化区域城镇体系；保护生态环境，优化城乡空间布局；依托区域特色资源，发挥各自竞争优势；加强制度设计，促进城乡社会统筹发展四个方面来推动和实施。

Empirical Model of Urban and Rural Economic and Social Integration in Western Alpine Area---Taking Qinghai as an Example

s:The less developed western regions of Qinghai must promote economic and social inte-gration of urban and rural experience,On the basis of the relevant literature review,From the estab-lishment of the index system of economic structure,social structure and ecological construction in three areas,Using the principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis to estimate the level of 2012 in Qinghai regional economic and social integration of urban and rural development, Summing up two main modes of the urban-rural integration in Qinghai province:Xining Haidong mode and Three Rivers mode,and proposed the reference and inspiration in western undeveloped areas to develop urban and rural integration.
