| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高职医学生的应对方式对心理健康的影响。方法使用量表法对262名高职医学生的应对方式与心理健康之间的关系进行研究。结果高职医学生总体上趋向于选择问题解决、求助等成熟型的应对方式而不是自责、退避等消极的应对方式。心理健康高分组和低分组之间除了在解决问题、求助应对方式没有显著性差异外,其余的应对方式都存在显著性差异。女生比男生更倾向于选择求助、幻想、自责方式。结论高职医学生不同的应对方式与心理健康的各因子具有显著相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of the coping mode of medical students in vocational college on their psychological health.Method Use volume-list method to research into the relation between the coping mode of 262 medical students in vocational college and their psychological health.Result Medical students in vocational college overall tend to choose problems solving,help seeking and other mature coping modes but not passive coping modes such as self reproof,avoidance and so on.There are remarkable differences between the coping modes of the group with high score in psychological health and that of the group with low score except those of problems solving and help seeking.Compared with male students,female students tend to choose the coping mode of seeking help,fantasy and self reproof.Conclusion There is remarkable correlation between different coping modes of medical students in vocational college and various factors of their psychological health. |
