摘    要:在文献收集和整理的基础上,系统地阐明了非正规就业概念的沿革历程,比较了相关概念,分类说明了非正规就业的理论依据,根据我国国情,将我国的非正规就业理论产生与演变划分为三个阶段,较详细地分析了各个阶段的现实背景及理论特征。

Abstract:How to define the concept of informal employment is the main clue of informal employment theory in the past 40 years.In this paper,the author analyzes recent academic literatures in this field by using a uniform and simple framework.It also offers some explanation for the development of informal employment theories.This paper compares the concept of informal employment in terms of difference held by ILO and China.The author draws three conclusions:first, the Chinese concept has her characteristics. Secondly, the model of informal employment is going to be the main channel of future employment in China. Finally, Chinese government must pay a special attention to it.
