| 摘 要： | 民族文化保护意义重大、任重道远,各级政府是民族文化保护最重要的主体。目前,在民族文化保护中,地方政府存在认知不清、职能不明、工作不力、措施缺位等问题。因此,需要从制度层面明确各级政府在民族文化传承保护中的职能与地位,形成科学、合理、可持续发展的民族文化传承保护机制与体系。

| Abstract: | Preservation of ethnic cultures have very important significance. Government at all levels play a principal role for the preservation of ethnic cultures. At present, for preservation of ethnic cultures, local governments have not been well - equiped in regards of problem - awareness, administrative capability, work efficiency and countermeasures. Therefore, we should further clarify different governments＇administrative power and position in carrying on ethnic cultures, therefore build up more scientific, rational and sustainable mechanism and systems. |
