| 摘 要： | 2009年,为应对金融危机而大量发放贷款,在刺激经济复苏的同时,也使各商业银行面临大量生成的不良贷款。在这样的背景下,如何高效、安全的解决不良贷款问题显得尤为迫切。笔者试图在本文中探讨,商业银行除了采用常规的诉讼清收及呆账核销等手段外,如何采取包括打包转让、资产证券化、批量委托、成立项目公司以及结构性交易等批量处理方法,推进不良资产的快速处置。

| Abstract: | In 2009,tackled the financial crisis by a large number of loans in stimulating the economy.The commercial banks at the same time generated a lot of bad loans.Therefore,how to slove the problem safe and efficiently is particularly urgent.For commercial banks,in addition to the regular legal recovery and the bad debt written off,how to take the batch processing methods including： packed transfer,asset backed securitization,batch trust,the establishment of the project company and structural transactions in order to solve the non-performing asset quickly. |
