| Abstract: | The article mainly introduces the environment-supporting system which has not been the keen concern of many group-tutors.Based on her own experience,the author expounds how to build a nice environment-supporting system for all group members in order to make our group training perform better effect.The discussion consists of three aspects,including material environment-supporting system,metal environment-supporting system and the coordination of outside factors. |
