| 摘 要： | 目前,实习指导教师对其自身职责的理解基本上停留在传道、管理和解惑上。这三种教师职责虽是必要的,但属于低层次的。实习指导教师就必须承担授方与启疑两种职责。授方重在培养学生的能力;启疑重在培养学生的问题精神。
