| 摘 要： | 在知识经济条件下 ,企业人力资源开发不仅受到前所未有的重视 ,而且对传统的人力资源开发模式提出了挑战。因而 ,必须把握知识经济的特点 ,探索企业人力资源开发的科学途径 :以对人本管理的深层理解与拓展为根基 ,以开发创新能力为主弦律 ,以人文素质培养为重要途径 ,以可持续发展战略观为持久动力 ,从而建构知识经济条件下企业人力资源开发的科学体系。
