| 摘 要： | 人才流动已成为社会的一种发展趋势,对于高校,人才流动日渐成为高校发展所面临的问题。本文从高校人才合理流动释义说开,分析了高校人才合理流动的理论基础和必要性,并就高校如何通过保持一定的人才流动性来增强高校的生机和活力进行了具体探索。

| Abstract: | The folw of trained personnel has become the tendency of social development.The flow of college trained personnel becomes the problem which colleges have to face.Starting from the meaning of the rational flow of college trained personnel,this paper analyses the base of theory and necessity of the rational flow of college trained personnel,researching how to strengthen the vigour of college by the proper flow of trained personnel. |
