摘    要:大批量定制是基于顾客需求、向顾客提供个性化产品的一种先进制造技术。如何低成本快速地向顾客交付高质量产品、满足顾客个性化需求是大批量定制要解决的关键问题。定制产品和生产过程的设计与定制产品的生产组织是大批量定制实施的关键要素。研究表明,大批量定制的设计问题与顾客早期参与以及产品和生产过程的模块化密切相关,可以通过这两种方法予以解决;生产组织是大批量定制的实现过程,直接影响定制产品的成本、质量和交货期,可以通过提高企业基础管理水平、平顺物流、增加生产系统柔性和敏捷性以及实行过程控制和标准化操作等措施对大批量定制的生产组织进行改进。

Abstract:Mass customization is an advanced manufacturing technology which supplies customized products for customers who have individual need.How to deliver quality products and meet individual need of customers with low cost and high speed is the key issue to mass customization.It is revealed that the key factors to successfully implement mass customization are the design of customized products and production process,as well as the production organization.In this respect the design is an issue that closely relates to both customers' early involvement and modularization of customized product and production process,and a solution to the issue is provided.The production organization is actually a process to make customized products,which directly affects their cost,quality and delivery and can be optimized by improving the management level of a company,smoothening material flow,enhancing the flexibility and agility of production system and introducing process control and standardized operation.
