| 摘 要： | 本文以湘西土家族苗族自治州为例,论述了民族文化旅游业对促进民族地区农村改革、农业结构调整、农村经济发展及"三个文明"建设的积极作用,进而提出,民族文化旅游业是解决民族地区"三农"问题的有效途径.
