| Abstract: | The author researches the main problems of real estate market through further analyzing the present condition of real estate market, evaluates and analyzes the systematic barrier that influences and restricts the regular operation of the present real estate market. Based on the theory of systematic economics, the author puts forward a new idea and practical strategy that system initiation is the key to activate the present real estate market. |
