An Exploration on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Local Colleges under the Credit System

Some measures can be taken to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in local colleges,that is,take the teachers＇ quality as the core and build a teachers＇ team with high virtue and quality,take the discipline construction as the lead and strengthen the building of a high-level academic echelon,take the structure optimization as the key and try to improve the academic levels and titles of the teachers,take the reform deepening as the driving force and create a competition and incentive mechanism for the outstanding talents,take the position management reform as the breakthrough and promote vigorously the teacher-focused professional technical position management reform,take the performance-based payment system reform as the opportunity and improve the management system,strengthen the evaluation,standardize the management,and create a good system and policy environment for the faculty.
