| 摘 要： | <国际商事合同通则(2004)>是国际贸易统一法的又一新成果.它在<国际商事合同通则(1994)>的基础上增加了许多新内容,在更大的范围对国际合同法作出了规范,具有科学性、实用性和可操作性,对我国<合同法>的完善具有一定借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Many new contents have been added to UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts 2004 based on "Principles of International Commercial Contracts"(1994)."Principles of International Commercial Contracts"(2004) has made standardization to international contract law on a wider scope,and is also another new achievement on International Trade Uniform Law.This article makes comments and analyses on these new contents,and concludes that we should use these new contents for reference while making revision for China's contract law. |
